Running out of Diskspace?
I managed to fill up the 100GB hard drive on my Powerbook amazingly quickly. Installing and running Disk Inventory X quickly revealed how stupid my idea to create several 4.4GB DMG images to store stuff I want to encrypt and also easily to backup to DVD was – duh!
Anyway, my stupidity aside, Disk Inventory X rocks. I highly recommend it if you’ve done something similar and need to free up space or even if you’d simply like visualise what’s taking up disk space on your Mac.
